"How you Live"

Wake up to the sunlight With your windows open Don't hold in your anger or leave things unspoken Wear your red dress Use your good dishes Make a big mess and make lots of wishes Have what you want But want what you have And don't spend your life lookin' back Turn up the music Turn it up loud Take a few chances Let it all out You won't regret it Lookin' back from where you have been Cuz it's not who you knew And it's not what you did It's how you live So go to the ballgames And go to the ballet And go see your folks more than just on the holidays Kiss all your children Dance with your wife Tell your husband you love him every night Don't run from the truth's you can't get away Just face it and you'll be okay Turn up the music Turn it up loud Take a few chances Let it all out You won't regret outlooking' back from where you have been' Cause it's not who you knew And it's not what you did It's how you live Oh wherever you are and wherever you've been Now is the time to begin So give to the needy And pray for the grieving then when you don't think that you can cause all that you do is bound to come back to you So think of your fellow man Make peace with God and make peace with yourself' Cause in the end there's nobody else Turn up the music Turn it up loud Take a few chances Let it all out 'Cause you won't regret it Lookin' back from where you have been' Cause it's not who you knew And it's not what you did It's how you did it, it's not who you knew And it's not what you did It's how you live ..
These are lyrics, so please excuse any GRAMMAR errors. When I write on my blog it is like you would when you jot things down in a diary and I do not claim to be an author or a English major. My girls although are both excellent spellers recently had an anonymous rude person who evidently has nothing better to do with their time other than to edit homeschoolers blogs.Which had very few mistakes. They don't need to be graded, that is why we started blogging to have a place to get away from school and books. We have since fixed this problem..No more anonymous comments..I see mistakes on most blogs I go to but I feel more comfortable on these because I know to error is Human.I know now how all you who have gotten these negative comments feel now. When someone says things to my daughters they have said it to me and if our blogs are to hard for you to read please feel to click the X in the upper right corner.I will pray for you and I hope your life will become more involved and you find more interesting things to do other than editing blogs.Since my laptop is out of commission and I am sharing my daughters laptop I usually do my blogging late at night, so you may find my blog in disarray quite often but I do go back and fix it after I wake up LOL. As I get older I am realizing how Important it is to fill your life with those you love and not those who value material things more than you .Don't live in the past and help those in need and be content with what you have.God is so good if you will trust him he will supply all your needs in His time if you live for him and put The Lord first in your life.I hope you day is beautiful today. We had a little snow yesterday and today the sky is so clear and blue. The wind feels like"It is coming off Ice" as my grandmother used to say.God Bless you all.

I know what you mean about those comments. I had to delete one just the other day - not because it was particularly rude, but because it wasn't a blogger that I even wanted to be seen on my site. How do they find us?

I hope you had a good weekend. We got snow again yesterday. The kids loved it and so did I!

Hey Lisa,
I left you a comment, but my fingers hit something here, and I think I lost it. If this is a repeat, please delete one of them! LOL!
I've had to delete several nasty comments, too. There's not one perfect person on this earth, and as homeschoolers, we are prime targets. I'm thinking of using comment moderation again.
We're wanting some more snow. Hopefully we'll see a lot more this year. It's been a while since we've had a really large snowfall in our area.
Have a wonderful week, Lisa
Blessings,
Karen

I had to put moderate comments on my blog too. I had a couple of ugly and rude comments. I choose not to read that stuff.
