Smile God Loves you!

I hope everyone has a great weekend. The weather man is forecasting another winter storm watch for us here on Saturday.I hope we get more snow but no Ice. I grew up in the western North Carolina mountains so I grew up in knee high snows as a young child but even they do not get snow like that anymore, so when the snow flakes start falling I turn into a kid again :) I think we all should keep a child likeness once in a while. Laughter does a body good. Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
I had my dreaded yearly physical today and as I was waiting for the doctor to come in, I was thinking Lord I wonder how many poor women have sat on this table and got the news that they had cancer. I always ask the Lord to give my doctors knowledge to help me and I pray for those around me as well. I believe so strongly in fervent prayer.Although I know I can do more praying not just in times of need. In the past I actually prayed sometimes on my knees but I find it easier these days not to do that. But not to say I want. Have you been on you knees lately? Some of the best praying I have did has been by my bedside on my knees.Psalms 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker. Have a beautiful weekend whatever you do or where ever you go I hope you find happiness and laughter there. You know a smile cost nothing and they are so many lonely, hurting and lost people in this world that a smile from you and I would mean the world. I worked in a nursing home many years ago and when I walked into the patients room to I would smile no matter how bad I may have felt and show kindness. I am not bragging on myself I'm just a sinner Saved by Grace but when the Lord saved me he put a smile on my face and I want people to see nothing but Jesus in me. So Smile God loves you and so do I :)
In Christ.Lisa
