Grace~

I would like to introduce you to my little sister grace Aka as "Gracie" Yes it's hard to believe that I have a younger sister. I am 44 and she will be 7 this year. My Dad remarried a younger Woman. Grace has been a Blessing to her whole family. Grace was born very premature and we really did not know if she would make it. She spent several weeks in Charleston Children's Hospital and she still has health issues that come up. She is a tough cookie :) She has such a precious way about her, you really can't help but love her even though my Dad says she is rotten. The doctors now say parts of her body could grow faster than other parts. Like she limps bad on one side but she has been fitted for special shoes and they have helped her very much. She has vision problems but she wears her glasses with a smile. She goes to SOAR school which has been wonderful for her. She can now write her name and read some. God has been so good to Gracie. I ask you to please pray for her in the next few months she will be having some heart and kidney tests. She has been having some swelling and something showed abnormal in her lab report. Through it all she still has such a sweet smile. Pray for God's will to be done in her life. It is amazing how resiliate these kids are. I've seen grown ups who could not tolerate things she has had to endure. I thank God for my healthy children and I pray that Grace can live a long pain free life.

We will be going to BJU with Holly this Monday for another tour and to register her and pay her fees. Thank you all so much for helping us pray about college. Holly will be considered a town student so she will be able to stay at home. She has decided to major in Administrative Management, minor in economics. She would like to perhaps be a hospital administrator one day. This major will open doors for her in many areas. I am so thankful my daughter will be able to attend this private Christian college where she can obtain a career for herself and at the same time enrich her Christian Life as well.
We were able to attend our Home church tonight. We are always happy to see our dear friends here and we always leave feeling Blessed and Loved.God has really Blessed this dear Man of God with a loving and compassionate heart for people. We drive eighty miles there and back as often as we can. I call it good old time religion! It is so hard to find these days. I hope this church will someday have some sermons online so you can get the same Blessing I do. I hope everyone has a great week. We have the day off Monday no live class feeds for President's day but we will be busy. Thanks for coming bye.
Love and Hugs.

I enjoyed reading this post, Lisa. What a doll baby is your Gracie. I can just tell from her picture. Reading her story very much touched my heart. May she be blessed; already it's apparent that she's blessed others.

I also enjoyed reading about Holly's career plans. That sounds great to me. With all that's going on in the health care climate of our country these days, it sounds like a good field for Christians, where hopefully she can do much good for Christ. I wish her the best.

Dear Lisa,
It was so good seeing all of you there last night.
God sent you to us and we sure miss it when you guys are not able to be there due to the drive.
I am so happy for Holly. She is a wonderful young lady and I know that the school will also be blessed just by getting to know her.
Both the girls have been a blessing to me.
It was so good when I turned around and there stood Wade. His smile is so precious to me. You know I told you his smile reminds me of my brother John.
John has cancer and is dying. There is nothing they can do for him. He is not saved and I ask that you and your family please remember him in your prayers.
The services were wonderful both yesterday morning and again last night.
I love it when we see the Holy Spirit work in our hearts like he did last night. It was wonderful having that love feast at the end.
Give all a hug and kiss for me and I pray that you guys will enjoy your day off today.
Love you,
Janice
