I hope everyone is having this spring like weather. We are loving these warm days. It's great to be able to walk in the warm sunshine.I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's day I sure did. It has turned out to be a gloomy cloudy Sunday.We are all being lazy after dinner today. Please remember me in your prayers if you would I am having a hard time keeping my blood pressure down and I also have a new doctor so you know how that goes.I really don't like taking medication but I know there are some pills we all have to swallow. I do believe the estrogen patch I use could be one the causes of my elevated blood pressure. I also have low thyroid which is pretty muched controled but it seems the medication I take to keep this normal makes it so hard for me to lose weight, feel good and exercise. I, too have high blood pressure and thyroid issues. I pray that you get yours under control. It can be very difficult to get everything regulated.

It was a Spring like day here yesterday. It was mostly cloudy and the rain moved out by mid-morning. The winds shifted late in the day and it got colder again. I will be saying prayers for you and for your blood pressure to get back under control. It's probably that Estrogen patch that is causing it. I know I never have any energy to do what I need to do myself. I just have to make myself do what has to be done. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

We have a beautiful, warm, WINDY, 70-degree day yesterday. Then we got rain. Today is clear, about 55 and WINDY again. The winds wears me out for some reason.
